FAQ

• What is Cart-Driver Catering’s season of operation?

  Cart-Driver Catering primarily operates from April 1st through October 31st. If an event is desired outside of those dates, we ask that you reach out to us at catering@cart-driver.com with details of your event to see if we can accommodate your event date.

• How far can you travel?

  We currently operate in the Denver Metro area, within a 50 mile radius of downtown denver. If your event is outside of that range, please contact us at catering@cart-driver.com with your event details to see if we can accommodate your event location.

• How much space is needed for your oven?

  We recommend a space of 45”x10” to accommodate our trailer, truck, and tent. Additional space may be required depending on the menu selection and size of the event.

• What style of pizza do you serve?

  We serve 12-inch neapolitan style pizzas out of our wood-fired oven. Our dough is fermented for 72 hours, then topped with meticulously selected toppings to create a perfect Cart-Driver pizza. We work closely with local farms to acquire fresh local ingredients, and provide seasonal specials based on what is currently being harvested.

• Are utensils, plates, and napkins provided?

  Cart-Driver will provide disposable plates, silverware and napkins for the event. Customer is able to provide their own plates and silverware if agreed upon during the event walk-through with managing staff.

• How many employees will you bring?

  This varies from event to event, but ranges from two employees to up to 4 for food preparation depending on the format of your event. Larger events and events with special requirements may necessitate additional staff members and charges. 

• What is your inclement weather policy?

  Safety is our top priority, and we do not travel or serve during high winds and thunderstorms. Due to this precaution, Cart-Driver reserves the right to postpone or reschedule any event due to inclement weather.
